The Warden Plaza. In it's day it was the premier hotel for the area, home to many prominent FD businesses on the Mezzanine floor, and had a very popular night club with Atrium on the roof. It was also the home of KVFD radio for many years. There have been a couple of attempts that I know of to renovate the building, but to date none of them have succeeded so far.
